How to build a base for your shed

A level base on which to set your metal Asgard Shed Bases is necessary before you can assemble it. You can secure your shed to a solid foundation by building a solid base; assuming, of course, that this is necessary. A level base is important for more than just that; a level base will guarantee that the entryways are adjusted accurately and open and close easily. Having a level base will ensure that you get the most out of your shed.

Everybody wants to cut costs wherever they can. This is why we inquired of a member of our installation team. Stuart, please provide some guidance on how to construct the base at the lowest possible cost.

\A level base can be constructed from a variety of materials. However, for the purposes of this guide, we will focus on making a concrete base, which is probably the most common type of base for a shed.

The Addition Bike Store, which Bike Radar describes as "the best bike storage we have ever seen," will serve as the basis for the shed's base's dimensions. Stuart began working on the task at hand and demonstrated to us how to construct a sturdy concrete foundation for the addition shed.

My philosophy has always been "measure twice, cut once." Consequently, I have utilized wooden batons to approximate the location of the Plastic Shed base.

The most common size for palettes is 2.1 meters by 1 meters. There are hundreds everywhere, and most of them are free (if you ask nicely). As a result, all I did was smash a palette with a hammer. I don't need to cut anything because I already have a frame that fits perfectly, and the most important thing is that I won't have to go to B&Q over the bank holiday weekend.

This piece requires a little tolerance and expertise. All of these batons must be level. I simply knock this side down starting at the left until it is level (using a spirit level to check). Using the spirit level once more, I placed the right side and verified that it was level with the left side. The front and back batons are finally in place, and the whole frame is level everywhere.
